H.O.W.L. Our non-profit organization was founded in 2011 in Thousand Oaks, California by a group of four California Lutheran University college students who share a passion for protecting wildlife. Our emphasis is decidedly on wolves, as their species are some the most threatened in todays world.Our Mission At H.O.W.L., our mission is to spread awareness about the dangers that wolves are currently facing in their natural habitats, to offer aid, and to rally support for other non-profit organizations who also focus on protecting wolves.
