The 2005 RiderCoach Survey

motorcycle

As part of Motorcycle Safety Foundation’s (MSF) continuous quality improvement efforts based on feedback from current stakeholders, a contract was initiated for the 2005 web-based RiderCoach survey.  The 2005 RiderCoach Survey was a follow-up to the survey distributed in 2002.  The survey questions focused on an array of important issues involving RiderCoach  (RC) perceptions about RC preparation training, certification and professional development, BasicRider Course (BRC) and Experienced Rider Course (ERC) curricula, and MSF services and support.  Participation was voluntary and anonymous.  The survey was hosted by SBRI, completely independent of the MSF.
